We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at Ahmic Lake Resort. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory. You will also be expected to demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to our cooking staff, supervise activities, and instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for events, as well as requisitioning food and kitchen supplies. You will also be expected to train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Bonus and gratuities are offered, and the work term is permanent. The work language is English, and the hours are 30-44 per week.
