Job Description

You will receive dedicated mentorship from senior lawyers and support to build connections with colleagues from our other offices. This role offers a large degree of responsibility and independence in a general corporate and commercial practice, encompassing:

  • Corporate organizations and governance
  • Commercial transactions
  • Private mergers and acquisitions
  • Bank financing
  • Commercial real estate and mining law
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2 to 7 years' experience in dealing with various corporate matters
  • A strong record of community involvement considered an asset
Estimated Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
