Job Description

Totals Inventory Professionals is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist - Logistics Management to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control principles and practices, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be required to prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, track and analyze inventory movements, and develop strategies to improve inventory efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure effective inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, including tracking and analyzing inventory movements.
  • Develop strategies to improve inventory efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory control or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
