Job Overview

As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and vibrant in-store experience. You'll be responsible for supervising staff, assisting guests, and delivering a consistently high level of customer service. You'll also be a knowledge resource for team members, maintaining store appearance and product presentation to company standards.

Responsibilities
  • Build positive community relationships and be a positive brand ambassador.
  • Create a positive and vibrant in-store experience.
  • Adhere to regulations, compliance standards, and best practices to optimize the in-store experience.
  • Maintain the integrity of the location, ensuring the store is safe for both guests and co-workers.
  • Drive store performance, understanding KPI's and objectives set by management.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including float counting, opening/closing the POS/Debit systems, and end-of-night reporting.
  • Deliver cannabis to guests that has been ordered through our online system.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A passion for connecting community through cannabis.
  • Valid G License and reliable vehicle for deliveries.
Education, Training & Experience
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Provincial Cannabis Certification.
