Job Title: Apprentice- General Engineering

As a key member of the MAPEI Co. team, the Apprentice- General Engineering plays a vital role in driving technical excellence and process improvement across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for capital projects and major maintenance initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize projects, leveraging technical expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Coordinate project execution, ensuring timely completion, and effective resource allocation.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to operations employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Supervise contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with specifications, HSE policies, and company procedures.
  • Develop and present project reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
