Your duties will include determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and electronic enquiries, and relay messages to relevant personnel.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Front Desk: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, flexibility, organized, client focus, reliability, and attention to detail.
Work Environment
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks and attention to detail required.
