Task Team Outfitter

Job Summary:
The Task Team Outfitter is a key member of our sales floor team, responsible for executing visual merchandising plans and ensuring a visually appealing shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support visual merchandising efforts by executing visual merchandising plans, planograms, and flyer/ad sets on the sales floor.
- Perform resets for assigned departments, including fixture replacement, updating signage, and updating end caps.
- Assist with merchandise purges and perform replenishment tasks across departments, including filling, folding, repackaging, sorting, facing, hanging, and locating items.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Two or more years' experience in merchandising is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- A combination of education and experience will be considered, with hiring preference given to those with at least six months of merchandising experience.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and use good judgment and logic.
- Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle is an asset.
- Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's specific products is an asset.
