Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Pre-Approved Loans: Perform outbound or take inbound calls from customers to offer them pre-approved personal loans that match their needs.
- Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and requests through various channels, including telephone, chat, and email.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer needs and efficiently resolve inquiries, taking accountability to solve issues from beginning to end.
- Product Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services and products.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and French.
- Customer Service Experience: 1-year experience working in inbound customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Financial Services Background: Financial services background is an asset.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Availability: Full-time availability to work in our head office.
