Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual customer service representative to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and French (oral and written)
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
