About the Role

Mega Signs Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

The Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including files, databases, and inventory.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, as well as prepare and send documents and reports.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices and bank deposits.
  • Coordinate and schedule office work, including meetings and appointments.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
