Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Operations Manager to manage our store's day-to-day activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing store performance, leading teams, and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives.
About the Role
As a Retail Store Operations Manager at Circle K, you will:
- Develop and implement operational plans to increase sales, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience;
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales staff, providing coaching and development opportunities;
- Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and optimize stock management processes;
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to drive business growth;
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders;
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or fast-paced environment;
- Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service;
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines;
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
What We Offer
Circle K offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as:
