Retail Store Supervisor Job Description
Fas Gas Plus is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and store maintenance.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting their goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
