Job Title: MDM Architect

We are seeking an experienced MDM Architect to join our team in India. As an MDM Architect, you will be responsible for shaping our data management strategy and designing, implementing, and optimizing Master Data Management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define MDM architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Design and implement Veeva Network solutions, leveraging your deep understanding of life sciences data.
  • Review Infosphere, DataStage workflows, ETL processes, and data integration pipelines to recommend alternative solutions on other suitable platforms.
  • Evaluate and recommend other MDM platforms based on business requirements.
  • Participate in mission teams to deliver value-driven solutions aligned to our global and bold move priority initiatives.
  • Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable data extraction processes to meet ever-changing business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and practices across the organization to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provide Level 3 and 4 Technical Support to internal users, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring system uptime.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize performance, security, and maintainability of existing data and platform architecture.
  • Participate in the continuous delivery pipeline, adhering to dev OPS best practices for version control, automation, and deployment.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior team members, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Working Environment:

  • This is a permanent position.
  • Remote/hybrid work arrangement may be permitted in accordance with Astellas' Responsible Flexibility Guidelines.
