Master Data Management Architect

Join Astellas, a global pharmaceutical company, in shaping the future of data management. As an experienced MDM Architect, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative data management strategies, leveraging your expertise in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement MDM architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Develop and implement Veeva Network solutions, utilizing your deep understanding of life sciences data.
- Review and optimize Infosphere, DataStage workflows, ETL processes, and data integration pipelines.
- Evaluate and recommend MDM platforms based on business requirements.
- Participate in mission teams to deliver value-driven solutions aligned with global and bold move priority initiatives.
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable data extraction processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide Level 3 and 4 Technical Support to internal users, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring system uptime.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize performance, security, and maintainability of existing data and platform architecture.
- Participate in the continuous delivery pipeline, adhering to dev OPS best practices for version control, automation, and deployment.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior team members, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in MDM.
- This is a permanent position.
- Remote/hybrid work arrangement is available for candidates located within commutable distance from the office.
- Astellas is a global company, and successful candidates will be expected to work across different time zones and according to regions or specific locations based on demand.
