Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Relations Agent to join our team. As a Human Relations Agent, you will be responsible for providing support to children, adolescents, and their families in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to children, adolescents, and their families in a variety of settings, including schools, community centers, and healthcare facilities.
  • Work with children and adolescents who are experiencing difficulties in their daily lives, such as behavioral problems, neglect, or abuse.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support the needs of children and adolescents.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers, psychologists, and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive support for children and adolescents.
  • Provide education and support to parents and caregivers on topics such as child development, behavior management, and parenting skills.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or education.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of child development and behavior management principles.
