Job Title: Human Relations Agent

Are you a passionate social worker seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? Join our dedicated team as a Human Relations Agent and contribute to the well-being of children and families in need.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive support to children, adolescents, their families, and substitute living environments, empowering them to develop adaptive behaviors and thrive.
  • Work closely with youth facing behavioral challenges, neglect, abandonment, psychological abuse, physical abuse, and sexual abuse.
  • Implement clinical guidelines to ensure the safety and development of vulnerable children, safeguarding their well-being.
  • Support minors under 18 in their overall development, promoting their safety and well-being. This includes interventions with juvenile offenders and matters related to adoption and guardianship.
Your Challenges
  • Child Protection Services (CPS) - Evaluation and Orientation (E-O)
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of reported situations to determine if a child's safety or development is compromised.
  • Determine the appropriate legal framework and protection measures for the child, ensuring their well-being.
  • Implement emergency measures when necessary, safeguarding the child's immediate safety.
  • Prepare comprehensive evaluation and orientation reports, documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Establish effective collaborations with internal and external partners to provide holistic support.
  • Youth Program Directorate (YPD) - Implementation of Measures (I-M)
  • Meet with parents and children under protection, providing guidance and support.
  • Supervise visits between parents and children, facilitating positive interactions.
  • Prepare various reports, including situation progress updates, case closure summaries, and court documents.
