Job Title: Customer Relations Agent

Company: Kinatex Sports Physio

Kinatex Sports Physio is seeking a part-time customer relations agent to join their team. As a member of our dedicated and skilled family, you will have the opportunity to share in our success and contribute to the well-being of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients by phone and in the clinic
  • Manage patient files, including opening and closing
  • Coordinate appointments and therapists' schedules to ensure seamless patient care
  • Prepare evaluation files and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with medical reception tasks as needed, including handling payments and balancing the cash register
  • Manage clinic operations, including inventory and laundry management

Requirements:

  • Secretarial DEP (asset)
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience (asset)
  • Confidentiality awareness
  • Knowledge of ClinicMaster (asset)
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
  • Professionalism
  • Courteous and efficient customer service
  • Quick learning of computer skills
  • Autonomy
  • Good communication in French and English

Work Schedule:

  • Part-time: 10-20 hours per week
