Job Summary

Amar Trucking Ltd. is seeking a skilled Truck Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensure the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of truck drivers and other transportation staff to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Prepare and Analyze Reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Train and Develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed, and that all staff are aware of and adhere to company safety protocols.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions to management, including promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Work Setting: Supervision of 5-10 people, including truck drivers.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
  • Industry Experience: Trucking industry experience preferred.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, organized, and a team player.
What We Offer
