Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Wash Manager to join our team at ABS Truckwash and Lube Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our truck wash facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Budget and Inventory Management: Plan and control budget and inventory to optimize resources and minimize waste.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote our services.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, reliable, and ability to work in a team environment.
