Job Title: Truck Wash Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Wash Manager to join our team at ABS Truckwash and Lube Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and Implement Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
  • Plan and Control Budget and Inventory: Plan and control the budget and inventory to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Manage Contracts for Advertising or Marketing Strategies: Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to promote the truck wash services and attract new customers.
  • Hire, Train, and Supervise Staff: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Address Customers' Complaints or Concerns: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, organized, and reliable.
