Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Truck Wash Manager to join our team at G. Gill Yellowhead Truck Wash Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our wash bay, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Policies and Procedures

The Truck Wash Manager will be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures for staff, ensuring that all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities.

Plan and Control Budget and Inventory

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling the budget and inventory of our wash bay, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to operate efficiently.

Manage Contracts for Advertising and Marketing Strategies

The Truck Wash Manager will be responsible for managing contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, ensuring that our business is represented in a professional and effective manner.

Hire, Train, and Supervise Staff

The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, ensuring that all employees are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Address Customers' Complaints and Concerns

The Truck Wash Manager will be responsible for addressing customers' complaints and concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, and Evaluate Daily Operations

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, ensuring that our wash bay is operating efficiently and effectively.
