Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

We are seeking an exceptional Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team at Humber River Health. As a key member of our Department of Surgery, you will have the opportunity to work with a robust and full scope of practice, managing complex maxillofacial abnormalities and providing access to elective operating room theatre time.
Key Responsibilities- Manage complex maxillofacial abnormalities and provide access to elective operating room theatre time
- Participate in emergency department involvement with full facial trauma coverage
- Assess patients in the outpatient OMFS clinic
- Contribute to the development of academic programs and research initiatives
- Relevant Fellowship certification from the Royal College of Dentists of Canada in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery
- Full specialty licence in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
- Demonstrated post-residency fellowship activity
- Previous hospital experience and management of complex cases
- Knowledge of undertaking clinical research
