Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Scheduling Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our project controls group, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality scheduling services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) in collaboration with the project controls team.
  • Support the lead scheduler in maintaining master schedules, resource and cost loading.
  • Conduct schedule analysis, including critical path, resource stacking, and risk assessments and advise the client on mitigations.
  • Track and monitor schedule performance, providing updates for project status reports.
  • Coordinate schedule data from vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring timely updates to the master schedule.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in scheduling, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Expertise in Oracle Primavera Cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple schedules and contractor inputs.
  • A relevant university degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in scheduling.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $115,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
