Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the organization to achieve operational excellence, ensuring timely implementation and execution of business and financial plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Drive the revenue build process, refining and aligning sales organizations and processes to achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in leadership capacities, with at least 5 years in a CEO/President/COO or SVP role with specific P&L responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in a technology/internet/social media company, with a track record of driving accelerated revenue growth.
  • Strong operational orientation, with a focus on building consensus and driving growth in a mid-sized company.
  • Charismatic leadership style, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate teams.
