At Atlantic Packaging Products Ltd., we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of finance-related projects.

This role will serve as a vital link between functional and project teams, facilitating communication, assisting in task planning, and ensuring data governance and documentation processes are maintained.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Process Manager to translate project plans into actionable deliverables for the project team.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager to understand project objectives, assist in developing task lists, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables.
  • Communication Management: Act as a liaison between teams and stakeholders, prepare and distribute project updates, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials, and facilitate communication of project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Data Governance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to data governance policies, maintain and organize project documentation, create project repositories, and support the creation of templates and reports.
  • Problem-Solving and Support: Identify potential roadblocks, collaborate with the team to implement solutions, provide administrative support, and assist in identifying process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role, preferably in a finance-related environment.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices is an asset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
