Baker Tilly Canada Cooperative is seeking an experienced International Tax Senior Manager to join our tax practice in Toronto or Vancouver. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing tax engagements, contributing to the growth of the firm, and delivering high-quality tax services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Tax Partners and Senior staff on business tax compliance, tax provision, and tax advisory engagements
  • Develop and implement tax planning for clients in areas such as estate & trust compliance, personal and corporate tax planning, purchase and sale of private businesses, estate planning, and cross-border investment and compliance
  • Build and manage client relationships at a senior level, advising clients on tax matters and delivering high-quality tax services
  • Review and approve technical research, tax planning recommendations for international companies, and review complex corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
