About the RoleThis role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging and dynamic environment. You will be involved in drafting and negotiating agreements for the acquisition of products and services, advising on regulatory matters, analyzing and interpreting contracts, and assisting in the resolution of supplier disputes.
Responsibilities- Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts, including technology contracts
- Provide strategic advice on regulatory matters related to supplier risk management and technology law
- Analyze and interpret contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist in resolving supplier disputes through negotiation and mediation
To be successful in this role, you will have a university degree and be a member of a provincial bar in good standing. You will also have 3-10 years of experience in commercial contracts, including technology contracts, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
