Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Fundraising Specialist will play a key role in helping the university meet and exceed its fundraising priority goals. This includes:

  • Defining annual campaign strategies and developing meaningful programs to engage donors and alumni
  • Cultivating and soliciting gifts from individuals, community groups, and corporations
  • Developing and implementing donor stewardship plans to recognize and appreciate donors' contributions
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in fundraising, preferably in a higher education setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal development and presentation
  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office and donor management software
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
