Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager with Business Analysis skills to drive the development and evolution of our state-of-the-art loan platform. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring products meet market demands and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Work closely with the design and development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future improvements.
- Advocate for the end user, ensuring all features and functionalities enhance the overall user experience.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.
- Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement in existing workflows and systems.
- Create detailed user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to uncover needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Perform competitive and market research to identify opportunities and trends.
- Support the QA process by reviewing test cases and ensuring features meet business requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst (5+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience creating and maintaining detailed product roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, including process modeling and use case development.
- Familiarity with software development processes and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
$110,000 - $140,000 per year.
