Job Description:

As a Valet Parking Attendant at Accor Hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their experience with a warm and welcoming smile and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance and provide courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services or directions to public parking.
  • Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles to avoid traffic congestion, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
  • Maintain strict controls and inventory of vehicles and keys, registering in OValet and completing 360 walks to document vehicle condition.
  • Provide the removal of items from stored vehicles if required and other miscellaneous services requested by the guest or Guest Services Leader in a timely manner.
  • Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority, otherwise referring to the supervisor on duty.
  • When requested or anticipated, provide guests with information and answers to questions about hotel facilities, meeting functions, dining facilities, local transportation alternatives, and tourist attractions.
  • Adhere strictly to Fairmont Service Standard Expectations as it relates to Valet Parking.
Qualifications:
  • G Class Ontario Driver's License (or equivalent) with no infractions is a requirement.
  • Ability to operate all types of vehicles (Manual & Automatic) is a requirement.
  • Must be available for weekend shifts (Saturday AND Sunday) as well as one other evening during the week.
  • A service-focused personality with good command of the English language is essential.
