Luxury Valet Attendant Job Description

At AccorHotel, we are seeking a skilled and charismatic Luxury Valet Attendant to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the tone for our guests' experience with your warm smile and outstanding service.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet arriving guests at the Valet Entrance and provide courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services or directions to public parking.
  • Assist in regulating vehicle movement and flow to avoid traffic congestion, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
  • Maintain strict controls and inventory of vehicles and keys, registering them in OValet and completing 360-degree walk-throughs to document vehicle condition.
  • Provide timely removal of items from stored vehicles and offer miscellaneous services requested by guests or Guest Services Leaders.
  • Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority and refer to supervisors as needed.
  • Offer information and answers to guests' questions about hotel facilities, meeting functions, dining options, local transportation alternatives, and tourist attractions when requested or anticipated.
  • Avoid compromising our Fairmont Service Standard Expectations related to Valet Parking.

Qualifications:

  • Possess a G-Class Ontario Driver's License (or equivalent) with no infractions.
  • Be able to operate all types of vehicles (manual and automatic).
  • Be available for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) and one other evening during the week.
  • Demonstrate a service-focused personality with excellent command of the English language.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.
