Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Lead to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of cooks and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and cooking of our award-winning menu items, including sizzling fajitas and classic Tex-Mex dishes.
- Lead the culinary team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Provide coaching and training to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Manage the daily inventory of ingredients and supplies.
- Work closely with the regional director to manage profit and loss statements.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certificate.
- Ability to lift items up to 30lbs.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
