About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to join our team at TITAN PARTS ABBOTSFORD LTD. This is a permanent position that requires a strong leader to oversee our sales operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate Resources: Manage the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Establish Objectives: Set objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs to achieve them.
  • Represent the Organization: Represent the company in negotiations or other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
  • Lead the Team: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate authority, and create optimum working conditions.
  • Supervise: Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment

This is a retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre environment with a fast-paced work environment and a requirement to work under pressure.
