Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Drywall and Acoustical Board Installation Assistant to join our team at SRS Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of drywall and acoustical boards, as well as performing various tasks related to construction site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
- Clean and pile salvaged materials.
- Perform routine maintenance work, including repairing cracks and holes.
- Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
- Direct traffic at or near construction sites.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures at all times.
Requirements:
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Will train on the job.
- Ability to work 35 hours per week.
- English language proficiency.
