Drywall and Acoustical Board Installation Specialist

Welcome to Welcome Drywall & Construction Ltd, where we are seeking a skilled Drywall and Acoustical Board Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for installing drywall sheets, mixing and pouring materials, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
- Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
- Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets
- Cut materials using power tools or by hand
- Clean and maintain work space
- Tape over joints using a taping machine and embed tape in compound
- Ability to work at heights, underground, and in confined spaces
- Willingness to relocate and have relocation costs covered by the employer
- Experience an asset
- Flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills
- Noisy and dusty work environment
- Work under pressure and physically demanding tasks
- Repetitive tasks and weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- English is the primary language of communication
- 30 to 40 hours per week
