Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel By Wyndham. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our guests and align with our hotel's brand standards.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to provide excellent service and ensure a smooth dining experience.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's budget, including labor costs, inventory, and supplies, to achieve profitability targets.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
