Railway Dispatcher Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain teamwork and order amongst staff, contractors, and internal clients.
- Use operational data to identify opportunities to improve asset utilization and service reliability.
- Manage crew utilization, track deadheads, recrews, and labor cost.
- Determine best opportunities to move trains against multiple demands.
