Holt Executive Ltd is partnering with a leading Global Connectivity / Technology leader to find a Senior Director – Product Management.

This role oversees the strategy and roadmap for products and services within a global satellite network.

The successful candidate will lead efforts to define offerings across various target markets, including enterprise, telecommunications, aviation, maritime, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer challenges, and new growth opportunities.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept through market launch, ensuring agility, rapid iteration, and overall profitability.
  • Support training for sales and sales engineering teams of product offerings.

Requirements:

  • Experience in product management role in telecom sector serving enterprise and government markets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver innovative product solutions in a fast-paced, growth company setting.
  • Experience in market analysis, customer engagement, and agile product development.
  • Proficiency in budgeting and financial performance analysis.
  • Fluent in English.
