As an Authorizations Administrator, you will play a key role in administering authorizations, managing legal conveyances, and processing resource applications. You will provide essential guidance on legislation and policies while responding to inquiries from the public and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Administer authorizations and manage legal conveyances
- Process resource applications and make key decisions about Crown interests, tenures, licenses, and agreements
- Provide guidance on legislation and policies to internal stakeholders and the public
- Respond to inquiries and provide support to clients and community partners
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Post-secondary education in a related field such as legal assistant, public administration, or business administration
- Experience in explaining policies and legislation
- Experience reading and understanding legal documents
- Experience working in a customer service delivery program and dealing with a diverse range of clients and community partners
Preference may be given to applicants with experience in real property contract and/or administrative law.
