About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Office Coordinator to join our team at Keller Williams Empowered Realty. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our real estate agents and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transaction Coordination: Assist with the coordination of real estate transactions, including managing paperwork, deadlines, and communication with clients and agents.
  • Marketing and Communications: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our brand and services, including creating marketing materials, social media posts, and email campaigns.
  • Client Services: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our real estate agents, including calendar management, data entry, and document preparation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a real estate or administrative role is required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with social media platforms.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
