Real Estate Office Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Office Administrator to join our team at Keller Williams Empowered Realty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our real estate agents and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars and coordinate appointments for our real estate agents
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media posts
  • Monitor deadlines and provide timely notifications to ensure seamless transactions
  • Assist with local events and community outreach initiatives
  • Coordinate with sellers, buyers, and service providers to facilitate appointments and transactions
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, including MLS worksheets and listing information
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication to our clients and agents
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry or a related field
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
