Customer Service Representative - Seasonal

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Guest Experience Representatives at Square One Shopping Centre. As a representative of Oxford, you will be an ambassador for our shopping centre and play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Assist guests with directions, information, and other shopping centre services as assigned.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the shopping centre's services, amenities, and stores.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with fashion trends and have a thorough knowledge of brand merchandise, price points, and sales events to offer personalized gift and store suggestions.
  • Deliver all services offered at the Guest Experience locations, including selling the Square One Gift Card PLUS.
Requirements:
  • High school education; post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience required.
  • Positive and friendly attitude, approachable, proactive, and solution-focused.
  • Strong desire to create exceptional customer experiences.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change and re-prioritize tasks as needed.
  • Computer skills, including working knowledge of social media tools, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to engage in physical activities, including prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.
