The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or industrial engineering, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a management role. You will be responsible for leading a multicultural team, managing deadlines, budgets, quality, and human and technical resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the engineering team in the development of innovative approaches to ensure the technological competitiveness of products
  • Supervise vehicle development at all stages of projects
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency
  • Ensure lasting relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Work with other departments to ensure optimization of existing products and integrations, in line with safety and performance standards and global objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or other relevant field
  • PMP or Business Administration an asset
  • Bilingual French-English
  • Experience in the transportation industry
  • Experience in managing multicultural teams
  • Proficiency in Office suite and CAD tools
