Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Specialist to join our team at The Artona Group Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing procedures, and establishing work priorities to ensure deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and review existing ones to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations and monitor and evaluate work performance
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Private sector experience preferred
  • Urban area experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Fast-paced environment and tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Reliability and integrity
