Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Harlow Construction. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical support, including faxing, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction industry
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Accounting software experience, preferably Simply Accounting
