Job Description

The Technical Assistant will provide back-up support to members of the whole team and maintain quality services, being the contact person for all issues related to the support of team members.

The role requires developing and maintaining good relations with the team and insurers' representatives to facilitate the processing of business, supporting the team in the implementation of client projects, and supporting the team in maintaining and organizing the client file.

The successful candidate will implement corrective measures to meet high service standards and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, actively pursuing customer retention.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two to five years of industry experience in Group Insurance and Group Retirement Services
  • The ability to effectively communicate in French and English both orally and in writing
  • A knack for working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PPT)
  • A service-oriented mindset with a keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • A projected professional, positive and enthusiastic image in the workplace

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • Having obtained the AMF license for personal lines group insurance
  • College degree in commerce, finance, business administration or related field
  • The ability to maintain professional stability and tolerance in a multi-task, multi-level, time-critical environment.
