Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Collection Strategy & Credit Risk Policy to join our team. As a key member of our Credit Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing optimized and targeted Collection Strategy driven by credit risk models and segmentations that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine collection strategies to optimize portfolio performance, balancing risk and return objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of credit portfolios, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize collection policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Support and maintain the development and validation of risk score models and guidelines, leveraging data analytics to enhance decision-making processes.
  • Perform stress testing and scenario analysis to assess the resilience of the delinquency portfolio under adverse economic conditions, identifying potential areas of vulnerability.
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address emerging collection risks and minimize potential losses.
  • Monitor the performance of collection strategies and initiatives, track key performance indicators, and make recommendations for adjustments or enhancements as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in collection credit operations or risk management in banking/telecommunications industry is required.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of credit risk modeling, credit scoring.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to credit risk and collections practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

This is a hybrid work position and will require you to be in office three days per week. You can choose which days in office work best for you
