As a Custom Housing Administrator, you can expect to stay busy coordinating jobs and offering invaluable project support. You're responsible for tasks such as applying for permits, researching and submitting quotes for fixtures, ordering materials, and sending quotes for new jobs. You'll manage job schedules, monitor labor costs, and register equipment, making sure every little detail is accurate.
Here are the minimum qualifications:
- 2+ years of administration experience
- High attention to detail
- Scheduling and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Plumbing & HVAC knowledge would be a bonus.
