Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, mail distribution, and photocopying
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
