Restaurant Supervisor with Culinary Expertise

We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong culinary background, and experience in supervising staff in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring quality control standards, and maintaining accurate records of stock and sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Quality Control: Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Staff Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, prepare and submit reports, establish work schedules, supervise and check assembly of trays, and supervise and check delivery of food trolleys.
- Culinary Knowledge: Possess knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres and develop relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a restaurant or related setting
- Languages: English language proficiency
